To join the Warren County Genealogical Society, you can join online below or submit a paper application.
Our membership year begins January 1st. Members are encouraged to submit their five generation Pedigree Charts and associated Family Group Sheets. See our Downloadable Forms page if you need copies of these forms.
Your membership supports the society and helps to provide a way for future resources to be collected. In addition, members will receive issues of Heir Lines, the Society’s quarterly publication. Members may submit queries free. Late joiners will receive all back issues of Heir Lines for that year. Heir Lines is published Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter, which includes a Surname index for that volume (year). Subjects of Heir Lines publications include: articles of interest on families, localities, happenings, family charts, queries, and membership. Members may submit queries free. Submission of material on Warren County and the surrounding area is welcome. Also send in your updated charts and queries along with permission for use to:

3. Checkout and Purchase Your Membership
Once your application is received and payment processed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. In addition to enjoying the other benefits of membership, you will also have the ability access member-only online content.
Memberships may be purchased online via PayPal using a credit card or a PayPal account.
NOTE: You do not need to be a member of PayPal to check out using that method, just choose the link below the login screen for PayPal that reads -- "Don't have a PayPal acount?" -- and then choose "Pay with a debit or credit card" to check out as a guest.
To purchase an item, click on the corresponding "Add to Cart" button. The list of cart items will be viewable to the side and you can then either continue shopping by clicking anywhere on the main page or proceed to Checkout by clicking the "View Cart" button.
To view your cart at any time, click on the blue shopping bag icon at the top of the page. The number displayed is the number of items you have in your cart.
To remove an item from the cart, click the Shopping Bag button and hover over the item. An "x" will appear in the upper right corner of the item, allowing you to delete the item.
4. Sign Up for Our Monthly e-News
WCGS also publishes a monthly e-News, which is emailed to Warren County Genealogical Society members and other interested parties. Feel free to share with others as you see fit. If you wish to be added to our subscriber list, please sign up using the form at the bottom of the page. If you with to be removed from our mailing list, please contact us by telephone at 513-695-1144, email us, or by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of a recent email from us.
Each issue of e-News is a PDF (Portable Document Format) file. In order to access these files, you must have PDF software, such as Adobe Reader (free), installed on your computer.
